It is true, the way to ANYONE’S heart is through the stomach! The human body must constantly generate new cells to grow & function. These new cells are generated only from the matter we eat. The heart is so interconnected with bodily functions that it outright deserves our urgent tender love and care.
How’s what we eat building or breaking down our heart?
Fried Oils is the 21st century “cigarettes”. When cigarettes came out it was mass produced, advertised as fun & classy, social. Despite the kitchen sink of ingredients were just exhaled after, people ignorantly thought that nothing harmful was stored in the body. The reason cigs are toxic & increase risk of death is primarily from heart disease! (And only then about lung damage…)
Why/How do cigs cause heart disease??
Smoking cigarettes absorbs the ingredients by body, breaks it into material to maintain organs. It & damages cells that make many vital stuff like blood vessels. When artery lining cells get damaged & weak then it doesn’t clear out what it needs to & starts getting clogged.

So wait, but if I exercise will french fries & donuts still cause me heart disease??
What makes Trans Fat similar to cigarettes then? Fat is so vital in the body, unlike alcohol for example. Alcohol is toxic, recognized by the magical organ the liver to be metabolized and flushed out of the system. On the other hand fat is necessary for many organs (brain too) and hormones so it is absorbed ASAP. Trans fat oils are synthetic and anything built with it falls apart & derails health, because the liver cannot recognize them with natural enzymes. The NETFLIX Magic Pill documentary illustrates it like, building with styrofoam bricks. The body doesn’t know its junk oil vs. Necessary fats like avocado/butter/nuts/olive oil/pure animal sourced, etc.
There’s zero benefit to trans fat oil, it is not a “fat” listed as part of “food pyramid food group” because it has been molecularity altered to not breakdown… thats why its a jackpot preservative! The body can’t get rid of it, but uses it in cell growth… ugh, FOH!
So what to do?
“Genes load the gun, lifestyle pull the trigger.” Take control of what is going into your cells to build your organs.
Can stopping the smoking habit (aka insert intaking Synthetic Oils) reduce heart disease risk?

Now that the foundation is laid… time to explain the real issue.
This product is accepted to use in USA manufacturing. Due to the intense greed & partnerships, the consumer has to be aware of how companies keep changing the name and sneaking it into many materials.
Here’s a partial list of names for trans fat, typically made from soybean, canola or cottonseed oil:

- Intensified Oil
Common foods you can find this in is bread products, thick sauces, thick ‘milk’ like shakes, fried items. Support businesses that dont use these ingredients (your best bet is avoiding soy). For instance, cookies should be made with coconut oil or butter. It doesnt hurt to ask for the ingredients. Sometimes saving a craving from instant gratification is the key. The good stuff is out there, its up to consumers to speak up.
